How to sit out in Fortnite
This feature allows a player to ‘sit out’ from participating in the matches that the party you’ve joined is queuing up for. It’s a handy feature when you want to take a break from the Fortnite grind but don’t want to leave the party.
Epic Games’ Fortnite remains one of the biggest battle royale games ever since its launch in 2017. With a player count of over a million at the time of writing, it goes a long way to say that queuing up for matches won’t be a long wait for anyone.
With game after game of battle royale action, it may be hard to keep track of how many hours you’ve put in, and if you’re like me when gaming, the thought of food and water might’ve skipped your mind after a game or two.
That’s where sitting out in Fortnite comes to play. This feature allows a player to ‘sit out’ from participating in the matches that the party you’ve joined is queuing up for. It’s a handy feature when you want to take a break from the Fortnite grind but don’t want to leave the party and ask your friends to add you to the party again.
